Hori Hori

Hori hori - Japanese style weeding knives are like a a garden trowel with sharp edges. I like to think of them as little dirt swords. They are loved by gardeners everywhere, but are great for all digging, foraging, weeding, and general playing-in-the-dirt needs.
This hori hori was forged from an old chainsaw bar with an oak handle from a wine barrel stave. It's marked every half inch so you can plant your bulbs with confidence. It has serrations on one side and a straight edge along the other. The leather sheath is robust and has a belt loop and snap to hold the hori hori securely.
